Australia relies on skilled migration and international education as part of its long-term workforce strategy. As labour market data highlights persistent skills gaps and shifting employer expectations, institutions are under increasing pressure to demonstrate clearer alignment between degree outcomes and workforce needs.
This session builds directly on labour market insights to examine what institutional responses look like in practice. We explore UNSW College's Applied Programs as a strategic redesign of pathways to employment.
